How do you get noticed in a
crowded market?

We were working on the marketing collateral for the first product under Portico, a new health & beauty brand. We had to figure out a way to set this product apart in a highly saturated high-end health & beauty market.

We decided that we had to engage with the target market personally. So, we did an in-depth profiling of the demography they were targeting. We identified what their day is like, what their concerns are, and how they usually purchase health & beauty products. This allowed us to directly address how the strengths of the product directly answered their concerns. We also converted the profiles into different keywords and talking points in the sales guidelines to guide the sales people in speaking with this specific clientele.
